Responsible business practices are inherent to the way we do business at First Choice Coffee. We’re responsible and accountable for how we work with our clients and suppliers; we look after and invest in our people and conduct business in a sustainable way.
Environment
All our coffee is sourced from sustainable farms, that are 100% Fairtrade, Organic or Rainforest Alliance certified and our new triple-certified coffee ticks all three boxes. We partner with companies who look after the environment; we’re developing fully recyclable coffee machines and all our water filters are recycled, through our partnership with BRITA. We encourage car-sharing and only use resources when there is a genuine need.
Workplace
We really invest in our staff; they’re our most valuable asset. We nurture our team; empower them to make their own decisions to create an engaged and motivated workforce. Every team member has a training and personal development plan, which not only benefits the business and the service our customers receive but gives each individual the opportunity to develop and learn new skills.

Community
We benefit the community, both locally and in the hospitality sector by supporting initiatives such as Hospitality Action Hero Week, The Kids’ Cookery School, children from the coffee growing regions, Contact the Elderly and youth sports clubs.
