SITE ASSESSMENT

Know you want to serve coffee and hot drinks but don't know what equipment you need? That's where our site assessment team comes in; regionally based with technical expertise, they'll be able to assess your business, advise on the best equipment to suit your business and assist you maximise your beverage sales and profitability.

INSTALLATION

All our equipment receives a pre-delivery inspection and is installed by our team of Swiss factory trained technicians to give you the peace of mind that your investment is being looked after and installed by the very best.

TRAINING

To make sure your machine provides you with trouble-free operation and great-tasting coffee, we'll give you a full training session after your machine's been installed so you and your staff know exactly how to operate it, how to clean it as well as how to maximise drink quality.

But the training doesn't stop there. Our team of baristas are on hand to make sure you know your mocha from your macchiato and that your staff have the best techniques to serve consistently great coffee.

Marketing

It's all very well having a great quality coffee offer, but how do you tell people about it? We can give you all the advice and help you need to launch and promote it, from point of sale materials to your own branded cups.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

All catering equipment needs routine maintenance to ensure its long and trouble-free operational life. We make sure that we give you all the support you need by scheduling routine service as well as providing ongoing technical support. This is supported by our dedicated team at our technical call centre, who will do their best to help you by answering any queries. If they think you need more assistance, one of our technicians will pay you a visit.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

Working with recognised industry leaders, First Choice and the Black&White equipment manufacturers have assembled an environmentally friendly and user-friendly range of cleaning products that are specifically created to optimally clean and preserve your machine.


  • After sales support linked to annual contract maintenance for equipment supplied by First Choice.
  • Technical assistance and support Monday to Friday 6.30am to 7.00pm via our dedicated call centre 01908 275520.
  • On site technical assistance and support Monday to Friday guaranteed within eight working hours from receipt of your call including callout, travel time and labour.
  • Service calls received by 10.30am, where the machine is out of action, are guaranteed to be completed the same day
  • Full preventative minor and major services at 40,000 and 80,000 brewing cycles or annually.
  • Water filter changes as and when required including callout, travel time and labour.
  • Latest program updates to maintain your machine in line with research and development.
  • On site quality visit every three months to assist you maintain drink quality and equipment standards.
